Live Stream FAQ’s
-
We send all the links out the same day as the livestream itself so we can ensure anyone who signs up the same day can get the link too.
-
-
As soon as the materials list is available for each live stream we will upload it onto the page where you signed up. We will also send you a copy of the materials list on the day of the live stream with the link too.
-
We will send the reference image to you on the same day as the live stream along with your Zoom link & materials list.
-
We will send you a Zoom link for the livestream. Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Zoom before the event so you don’t miss out if it’s not up-to-date.
-
Absolutely! We will have a Q&A chat available on the Zoom session, so you’ll be able to ask any questions to the teacher you wish. Please note, we do monitor the questions and try not to ask the same questions twice. If someone has already asked the question you wanted to know and you missed it, you’ll be able to watch it back on the recorded version. Please also note we cannot possibly answer every question every time, so if we don’t get to ask you question, feel free to email us and we will ask the teacher if they can help us afterwards.
-
Yes. There is a 20% tax charge (known in the UK as VAT). If you would like more information about this, please don’t hesitate to drop us a message.
-
We aim to get all recorded versions out within a month of the live stream, but usually much quicker. If you’re not sure if you should have received it yet, don’t hesitate to drop us a message.
-
You’ll be able to watch it back as many times as you like after the event for two years!
-
