I understand there’s going to be lots of questions! Here’s a few to put your mind at rest a little. I will keep adding to this page as folks ask more questions so feel free to check back. I will also add more about the itinerary as bookings are secured.

There is no difference between paying in full or paying via the payment plan. I put these in place years ago to help folks spread out the costs.

The full cost is GBP £6,650 - USD $8,950

❋ Payment plans

Take a look at your banks policy. You may have free intnerational bank transfers, if that’s the case this is the best option. Failing that,you may prefer I call you for your card. There is a 4% paypal processing fee on top of the payment (whether the payment plan or in full) for this option. I do not mind which you prefer.

Just a heads up on accommodation (and I'll say the same thing to everyone) - in Skipton, everyone will have their own room and en suite. In Staithes, there are no hotels, so it is really difficult to promise an ensuite. What I can promise it that you'd only be sharing with other ladies. If there's someone coming that you'd want to share a bathroom with down the line, just let me know and I'll do all I can to ensure you share a bathroom! If you are bringing a plus one, I will do all I can to ensure you have an ensuite. Rest assured.

We will cater for your dietary requirements wherever humanly possible! Please do let us know ahead of time if you have any worries or concerns.

❋ Dietary Requirements and Restrictions

For this trip specfically, (because of bookings) the refund policy is as follows:

Due to the planning and costs involved, cancellations made 6 months or more before the workshop start date will receive a 50% refund.


Any cancellations made within 6 months of the workshop are strictly non-refundable. There will be no exceptions so you must make sure you are serious before signing up.

Please also note that by submitting payment for this workshop, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and securing any necessary visas required for travel to the UK. I can help you with where to travel insurance and visas, but they are your responsibility.

❋ Materials & supplies

Three months before we start, I will get the materials list out to you. If you’d like to order your supplies and have them here waiting for you, we can certainly do that for you. The same goes for shipping your materials home, we can help you with this. Materials and shipping are not included in the workshop, but we can help you with all of those things!

May 31st 2027

Arrive & Meet

You will need to be landing at Manchester Airport on the 31st of May. We will have several alloted times that you should arrive by to be sure you make the private transfer.

A private driver will take you and other students to your accommodation whilst staying in Skipton. That evening we will have a welcome dinner at a wonderful local pub.

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

*Please note if you’d like to arrive into another airport, we can help you with a transfer, but this will be at your own cost.

June 1-4th

The Yorkshire Dales

We will meet at the Workshops in Yorkshire HQ the first morning and then head out together to paint. Each day we will visit a beautiful landscape and paint for the day.

In the evening, we will head to great local pubs as a group. All meals are included (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Alcohol is not included.

Day Five - June 5th

Travel Day

That morning, we will check out from our accommodation and head over to the East Coast. On the way, we will stop off at Rievaulx Abbey, an English Hertiage site. Whilst we are there, we will have some lunch and sketches.

Later that afternoon, we will head to Staithes - a beautiful old fishing village where we will have our accommodation for the remainder of the trip.

June 6-10th

Staithes & the East Coast

For the rest of our trip we will enjoy time painting in Staithes, Runswick Bay, Whitby and more. This area of outstanding natural beautiful is a painters paradise.

Each evening we will enjoy meals together - Joe and Marco will cook some meals for us too! From Staithes, we will then arrange a driver to take you back to the airport on the 11th June.

Please do not book your flights yet, we will make sure we all are on the same page with flights down the line!
