  • This five day floral painting workshop will challenge the students to capture the ever changing form, character and beauty of fresh flowers. We will spend the first half of the workshop practicing techniques for individual flowers - concentrating on colour, form and values, as well as using the consistency of oil paints to describe texture and form.

The second half of the course we will do a small composition with multiple flowers, working on the design, light effect and overall color scheme. Tips and tricks to keep the flowers in place and fresh as possible will be discussed as well. Kamille will be painting alongside the students and giving individual critiques throughout the week.

Experience painting in oils is highly recommended.
